Pediatric General Surgery Residency

Welcome to the home page of the Pediatric General Surgery Residency.

The Pediatric General Surgery Residency at the University of Calgary is a small preceptor-based training program with abundant clinical materials.

The program operates in cooperation with the Foothills Medical Centre and the Alberta Children's Hospital which are provincial referral centres for neonatal surgery, Level 1 trauma, oncology, burns and our intestinal rehabilitation program. The program can accommodate between 1 and 2 residents at a time.
