The School Health Program currently represents a collaborative team of interdisciplinary professionals providing various levels of public health, community rehabilitation, home care and acute care services to approximately 440 school sites and 170,000 students. The primary mandate of the Regional School Health Program is to work collaboratively in promoting innovative and integrated school health services/ initiatives. Steering, operations and working groups have been formed to facilitate the implementation of service.
