The Office of Patient Relations provides a means for patients, families, friends or visitors, to communicate with the Alberta Health Services (AHS) Calgary area.  Whether you have a message of thanks or a concern about any aspect of care or service received, we want to hear from you. Our hard working staff appreciate both your recognition and feedback.  If we have not met your expectations we are committed to working with you to find a reasonable solution. Providing feedback makes you a key participant in creating meaningful change to the way we care for patients. Please let us know what we are doing right and what we need to improve on.
