What is a Health Inspection Order?

What does "Active" mean?

All Executive Officer Closure Orders are posted as active for 1 to 2 business days immediately after being issued, even if all infractions have been corrected within that period. Orders remain active until they are resolved.

What does "Inactive" mean?

An Executive Officer has determined that all requirements listed in the Order were corrected and lifted the Closure Order.  The facility is allowed to resume normal business.
