Adult Trauma Care

Welcome to the Adult Trauma Care web page. Adult Trauma Services includes adult services (age >/=15) provided at the Foothills Medical Centre, the Peter Lougheed Centre and the Rockyview General Hospital and all sites in rural and urban settings that transfer patients into the Calgary Trauma System. The goal of our service is to provide quality trauma care and follow-up through on-going quality improvement, data management, research and education. The team collaborates with both internal and external partners to address care and system issues across the continuum from injury prevention, pre-hospital care, acute care to rehabilitation and community follow-up.

This page provides information on educational sessions at the adult site.
