Feeding Your Baby

(for parents and caregivers of infants)

Do you have questions about feeding your growing baby? Confused about pureed, chunky and diced? Then this 2 hour class is for you. A registered dietitian will answer your questions about infant feeding-including how and when to start solids, introducing textures, and other topics related to feeding your baby in the first 12 months.

Picky Eating

(for parents and caregivers of toddler and preschool aged children)

Ever had meal time struggles? This class focuses on mealtime struggles and strategies for developing a healthy feeding relationship. We think this information is important for all parents and caregivers, so we offer it at no cost.

2010 Picky Eating class schedule

Participants will learn about:
  • What to expect with your child's feeding - developmental stages of feeding.
  • Parent challenges around feeding children and ways to cope (like picky eating, refusal of foods, strong preferences, drinks well but doesn't eat well).
  • How to help your child eat new foods and make one meal that everyone will eat.
  • Help form a positive feeding relationship with your child.
