Global People website and resource bank

This website is for people who work with and wish to become more effective at working with people from different ethno-cultural background.  The Global People initiative is based on a major collaboration between UK and Chinese universities, the eChina-UK Programme, however, its scope goes beyond the two nations involved in the initiative, to address issues that affect all intercultural partnerships.
