Bounce Back - A new resource for primary health care practitioners

BounceBack is a program to help adults learn skills to manage low mood and worry. BounceBack is currently looking for physicians in Alberta to refer their patients to this study for an evaluation being conducted in BC.

Patients will be randomized to one of 3 conditions. Individuals in the control groups will eventually be offered access to the full coached version.
