Nelly D

 

Nelly D. Oelke has her Masters Degree in Nursing. She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Calgary. Nelly joined the Health Systems & Workforce Research Unit, Calgary Health Region in April 2004 as a Research and Evaluation Consultant.

 

Nelly is currently involved in the following HSWRU projects:

    Principal investigator:

  1. Evaluation of Primary Care Networks (Calgary Rural, South Calgary, Calgary Foothills and Calgary West Central PCNs) (Ongoing)
  2. Evaluation of the Community Services Development Strategy (Ongoing)

    Co-Investigator:

  1. Integration Systematic Review (2007-2008)
  2. Optimizing the Practice of Registered Nurses in the Context of an Interprofessional Team in Primary Care (2006-2009)
  3. Contexts and Models in Primary Healthcare and their impact on Interprofessional Relationships
  4. Understanding Primary Care Practice in the Calgary Rural PCN: Phase 1 Baseline Survey

Nelly collaborates on a number of other initiatives and is a member of several working groups such as Integrated Planning and Evaluation working group; Primary Care Expanded Team; and, Elbow River Healing Lodge Evaluation Steering Committee.
