Jana Lait is a project manager in the Health Systems & Workforce Research Unit for a study funded by Health Canada’s Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Patient-Centred Practice (IECPCP) initiative. The study examines the feasibility of using communities of practice as a new model for interprofessional collaboration.

 

From 2001 to 2005, Jana was a researcher and project manager at the Nursing Health Services Research Unit at the University of Toronto where she worked in the area of health human resource planning. She holds a MA in Sociology (2000) from the University of Calgary.
