Gail D Armitage is an analyst with the Health Systems and Workforce Research Unit (HSWRU). She joined the team in October 2005 shortly after completing an MA, Sociology (2005) at the University of Calgary.

 

She is currently the project coordinator for the Health Systems Integration study. In addition, Gail assists HSWRU team members with various projects as needed to help facilitate the HSWRU research team’s contribution to the vision, mission, values, and goals of the Calgary Health Region.

 

Prior to undertaking her post baccalaureate degree, Gail worked as a Research Analyst for a not-for-profit organisation which represents oil and gas producers in Canada. In her time with the association, she was assigned to the departments responsible for operations and environmental issues.
