What do we do?

We collaborate with health care staff, health care managers, professional organizations, educational institutions and government to conduct research and evaluation within health systems focusing on:

utilization of the health workforce
the education of future health providers
service delivery models aimed at improving the health of the population

We explore the relationship between the structure (e.g. service delivery models, staff mix, leadership, workloads) and function of care delivery (e.g. monitoring, treatment, health promotion). We examine how structure and function affect patient, provider and system outcomes.
